We don't have to be outlandish to have conservative perspectives.

The Jones Street Conservative was created to provide conservatives with a reliable information source.  We write about the things we think are important.  We don't have a super donor or a board who tells us what to cover.  Additionally, we promise to avoid turning into a tabloid quality gossip site catering to the same handful of black helicopter Republicans.   Many of the issues facing the general assembly are complicated - and we will work to communicate facts.  Of course, our merry little band has opinions, but we will be careful to differentiate opinion from fact.  I will warn you in advance that we all REALLY believe in FREEDOM and INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY.  When you really believe in those things, it means you don't weaponize government to tell someone else how to live.
